O processo é bem rápido, se selecionarem o seu CV, a primeira entrevista será com a recrutadora. Tive uma entrevista muito boa com ela, achei que ela realmente estava interessada e disposta a me ouvir (porque as vezes você vê claramente que não é o caso). Depois foi a entrevista com a gerente da área, a entrevista foi boa, gostei dela tb. O que me prejudicou foi pq eu acho que eu fui muito franca em relação aos meus pontos fracos, eles ficam de olho nisso, perguntam diretamente.

initial call from recruiter and then 45 min interview with head of product. Interview was very pleasant, the interviewer covered all of my experience and we had a very productive conversation about various roles within the business. I reached out to the recruiter a number of times as I felt the interview went well but never received a reply. Recruitment seems to be very chaotic and zero feedback. My main gripe is that I was clear I was holding off multiple offers to wait for a response but was still ignored. Overall left with the impression that this was a case of “the face doesn’t fit” because my 15 years of experience in a role almost identical went over very well at first interview.

Overall good experience. The interview was hold on 4 stages, with different levels: HR team, line manager skype interview, line manager face to face interview and two managers level skype interview. the HR team kept me up to date on each stage of the recruiting process.
