Had a call with a recruiter and then a video interview with the Hiring manager a week later. After the interview, a test gorilla assessment is sent. You have about an hour to complete. It’s a mix of stats, Tableau, sql, and video response questions. I wasn’t as prepared as I could’ve been.

Found the job posting on Glassdoor, I applied and in about 2 weeks heard back from a recruiter who set-up an initial phone interview. After that I was scheduled for aTeams interview with the hiring manager, that went well, and I was invited to take a skills assessment test afterwards. In total I would say the exam took around two to three hours, and was relevant to the position in question. After I passed the assessment portion, I was interviewed by two co-workers also on the same team, then an E-Commerce Manger, and lastly a Director. So all together I was interviewed by 6 people and also had that skills assessment. Throughout the whole process they were very good with communication, and all the interviews went very well. I ended up accepting the offer and am excited to start!

Interview and Hiring process was good right from 1st to 5th interview with proper guidelines, appropriate time slot fixing as per both interviewee and interviewer convenience, giving feedback and regular updates of the whole process.
After selection onboarding process was smooth and without any complication with support of both Talent acquisition and HR team which includes what steps and process to be completed with sufficient deadlines and regular feedback of all documents submission, background check and procurement delivery considering pandemic time completely virtually.

4 rounds of technical interview was based on job profile of analyst i.e. Java, SQL, DB, Analytical skills, small part of UI and python skills, ETL and data science. And last was of HR round which actually tries to understand background check and required details.
