      J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Experian (Nottingham, Angleterre) en juin 2020

      Entretien

      Stages: 1) Verbal & numerical reasoning tests (SHL) 2) One-way video interview (Launchpad) 3) Virtual assessment centre (Webex) My experience: After speaking with 2 recruiters on LinkedIn, they accepted my CV for consideration. They were very understanding of my disability and were supportive and considerate through-out the interview process - I never once felt disadvantaged because of it. The progress through the stages went smoothly, the team did a great job of staying in touch via email and phone call and were professional and friendly. Despite being the first virtual assessment centre for many of the staff, it was well structured and it was clear that a lot of effort went into organising the event. The day was broken down into 45min blocks and included: >Introductions from the team. >Previous graduate networking. >Competancy based interview. >Group activity. After meeting some great people at Experian and having such a positive experience, I was absolutely heartbroken to have not received an offer. However, the feedback during and after the interview was valuable and detailed and overall I would say this has been the single best interview processes I've been through! I know I sound like a company shill, but these people deserve recognition for not being "just another company trawling mindlessly through CVs" In short: Genuine, caring and inclusive people working hard to embody their companies core values; this is not a bait-and-switch situation, these people are the real deal :)

      Very quick interview process, applied and within a week had been invited for the video interview follow up, consisted of 4 questions, each with a minute to think and then a minute to answer

      Invited for an online assessment center. 9am to 3pm. had a group task, technical interview and competence interview. Spent whole week studying for it, only to find that they were not hiring anyone a week later, complete waste of time. Feed back about the interview process was good however.

      Difficult but fair had a range of questions that provided great depth into what it is like working at the company as a graduate. However their criteria is very harsh when selecting candidates.
