test（about 2 hours）the test is not that hard，later behavior question。asked about previous job experience and why change jobs. talked about life experience ect. The interviewer were nice and very supportive toward the candidates.
Overall, quite focused on your attitude. No questions were technical. All focused on who you are, what you want along with different leadership problems for you to solve. If you apply for this role, understand that they are looking for a specific profile and not for experience or trainings.
