J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Expanse (San Francisco, CA)
Entretien
I had a Phone screen, which included a set of 3 technical questions at the end. Then 3 weeks later they got back to me, and I did a one-on-one coding challenge via coderpad (or something similar).

What is a Promise (this was during the initial phone screen)
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Expanse
Entretien
I first applied online in January - got rejected by the stupid resume filter system. Then I dropped off my resume during a career fair with one of the recruiters, which lead me to a 30-minute phone interview. Recruiter sounded like he doesn't want to work there at all. I kept hearing audible yawns and sighs every minute while I'm answering his general HR questions related to my resume. This is a junior position and the recruiter said that juniors are not expected to have prior knowledge in languages and skills related to the company's product, but later I got a rejection email saying there are more qualified candidates. I worked as a dev before and now in graduate school for CS, so not sure which skillset was dissatisfying.

General HR questions. Recruiter didn't read the resume and was clearly reading while on phone.
J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Expanse (Cambridge, MA) en sept. 2018
Entretien
It was excellent! The CTO and several recruiters had dinner with the prospective employees during the MIT Career Fair, and then the next day we had a coding interview and a short conversation.

A quick DFS question in the language of your choice. Tests coding logic, not minutiae.
