Entretien
I applied on a Job Searching tool and received an email with a phone interview request. The first screening by one of the members of the local HR Dept. is in Spanish and very simple. The second interview is a face-to-face interview with a Team Leader and usually includes a role play. The interviewee is asked to pretend to call to an IT Manager to sell a solution, using a provided script as a guide (if during the call you say you don't work in sales and push for a call meeting then you're in).

Entretien
I was interviewed by three different people. They gave me a brief overview on what you had to do on the position and asked me to explain how I could contribute as employe to the position. Overall I had the feeling that they valued flexibility and perfect language skills.
