3 steps - HR screening, Call with Team Leader, Call with Head of Dept. Unfortunately, I didn't pass further after team leader part and although the interaction was very easy-going, took more than 1 hour and left a positive vibe, I don't know the reason of rejection.

Almost all questions were related to a soft skills and personal goals, just a few were type-specific
They invited me to interview 2 times, for different positions and in different departments. Both interviews were nice and friendly, without too much focus on hard skills but with a huge check of soft skills. I got no both times, without any explanation.

Entretien
3 steps:
- Initial screening with HR
- Meeting with Team Manager and Head of Publishing
- Meeting with Sales Director
The whole process took approximately 3 weeks from inital contact up to the job offer. All the meetings were online, which usually is not the case.
The interviews were handled in a relaxed and ptofessional manner, not much technical questions were asked. Overall very positive experience.
