Applied online after which I was called for a F2F round. Had 4 rounds of discussions including HR and management team. Discussed about previous role and organisation in detail. Discussions went well and was given an offer. After compromising on salary and signing of appointment letter, received a call from HR a week prior of joining; that mentioned me not being a good fit for the role.
