I got a call from the HR regarding business analyst profile. I ask them to share the JD with me. Looking at the JD, I understand that it was just an auditing job to which I responded that I'm not interested. So they arranged my call with a senior panel to clarify the JD. According to this guy they were working on AI, ML, building Chat bots and what not. There profile was so vague that you can tell it was just a copy paste job. I don't understand since when auditing team started building chatbots. All of a sudden he started my interview. Because this was telephonic, that genius told me that I'm cheating and answering with help of Google. Interviewing Panel was so arrogant and unprofessional.
I never got any feedback or any response from the HR.
P.S - there offer was too low, below industry average.

Entretien
Applied through a third party recruiter, the process took 1 week. The recruiter screened me on basis of my current role, years of experience, current CTC (why?), expected CTC and asked me to appear onsite.
In the office, they collected my resume after which I went through two rounds of interview where only details of my current roles and responsibilities were asked each time and it appeared interviewers were not really interested in asking questions themselves, except for one strange question each time.
After both onsite rounds, I was let go with a word from the security (imagine!!) that "we will let you know via email". Needless to say, that email never came. The company and the 3P recruiter vanished right after the interview.

Entretien
Recruiters and Interviewers please be interactive. Don't act as if candidates are coming for story telling competetion. How can you find suitable candidates if you don't speak to them or if you don't have time to listen to them? Totally it was my worst experience and waste of time.
