They are super friendly and made the interview process easy. You will hear back within the week if not sooner. They usually hire a bunch of people all together for the Funding role.

Entretien
Same as others have said. Received a message from a recruiter to apply for position. Applied online. Contacted by HR/recruiter same week. Scheduled video interview the next week. Received the results from the interview same day.

Name a time you received bad feedback that you didn’t agree with
It was a quick phone screening with the main HR and then a 30 mins Zoom interview with 2 of company's managers. The questions mainly surrounded Exeter's culture and why I would be a great fit, I got an offer 2 days after. The interviewers were very welcoming and seemingly wanted you to feel more relaxed/calm.
