A 4 hour writing test prior to interview. Difficult. If you pass this you get an interview. Quite relaxed, interested in getting to know you. They want you to tell them specific examples of your experience but do not ask explicitly so be prepared to elaborate on your own accord. If you are a graduate give them more examples from your job/personal life rather than university as they didnt see my uni experience as very transferable.
