Quick, seemingly flustered and not very professional phone interview with someone from the Tampa office. Asked me a few quick questions about my background, interest in recruiting, etc. but didn't seem interested or engaged with me at all and didn't have much energy when responding to my questions about the company. I emailed the individual to thank them for their time, but never heard from them again, and the "urgently hiring" job posting was listed on Indeed again within a week.

Consisted of a phone call, in-office interview & shadow and then met at a starbucks for the final round. Initial phone call was brief. In-office portion was part shadowing on the floor with a seasoned employee and then part 1-on-1 interview with manager. Manager then met at coffee shop for final questions & concerns. Offer came soon after.
