Applied online and heard back from HR two days later to schedule a phone screening. After HR phone screening, heard back three days later to schedule an in-person interview with peers and then hiring manager. The people are incredibly nice, but they are unprofessional at letting people know that they were not chosen to fill the position. I've been waiting more than a week now and HR hasn't sent out a notice, despite removing the job posting from their website,

The usual questions, explain a time you made a mistake and how you fixed it. Best/worst qualities. Why do you want to work here, are you flexible? Can you switch gears and wear many hats. Panel was super nice and made you feel welcome and comfortable. Great interview experience!
