-Interviewer and the interview process were not related to the announced job description and position requirements by any means. - Interviewer showed up 10 minutes late then took 3 phone calls during the interview which is a great sign of in-professionalism - 90% of the interview questions were about the process improving (QA) although the position is about QC and kept asking about standard ISTQB definitions such as difference between test scripts and test cases, which indicates that the interviewer has no awareness about the position's requirements, duties nor areas of expertise.
