It was in a seperated meeting room, with one Colleague of the clients company and one HR of Excel Aviation. It was a good talking atmosphere. They first introduced themselves and let me shortly explain myself and my CV. They had some specific questions about my individal positions and were asking me some questions in my previous leading functions. Shortly before the interview finished they just asked about my salary wish.
