Very streamlined interview process, the team made sure I met with all individuals who were necessary and relevant to the role. They communicated between themselves really well with sharing feedback and ensuring that they did not all ask the exact same questions. Each stage felt like a different focus and they gave me a great insight into the firm and the role specifics and they came prepared with EXANTE company guides and really helped me to understand the expectations.

Submitted the application and waited around couple days for 1 round of interview and the Head of Talent Acquisition was super friendly and waited for around a week for the feedback
The interview process was very well-structured and handled with great professionalism. It was led by the Talent Acquisition Team Lead, who maintained excellent communication throughout the process. There were three clear stages:
1. Initial meeting with the TA Team Lead
2. Follow-up call with the HR Business Partner
3. Final interview with the CHRO
Each step was well-organised, and the communication was always transparent and respectful. The team was highly professional, positive, and consistent in keeping to the recruitment timelines. Overall, it was a smooth and efficient experience that reflected a strong company culture and a well-coordinated HR team.
