Pretty laid back. I had to bring samples of my artwork. The manager looked them over, and they called me back for a position in a few days. Was easy to find the location and we set up outside near the booth to talk. They showed me where I'd be working, I met a couple of the artists there and they even drew a example of me. It was pretty cool.
