A very weird interview process, which started with the interviewer already stating that the job itself had very little development in it, even though I came to apply to a software developer position. Continued to reject me on the grounds that I am looking for a place to learn & be enthusiastic at my job, he suggested that the company is "Old" and does not seek innovation, and my opportunities to learn would be meager. It felt very much like he's blowing me off and just trying to paint the job/company badly so I wouldn't object. Very bad interviewing experience, especially the part where he started to dictate for me what I should be looking for in the job market.
