Bad experience with chaotic interview process. Evonik called for a phone interview. I called back the next day - HR person was on vacation. Alternate HR person returned call and scheduled interview for the next week. Next week comes, and she reschedules due to 'too busy, just came back from vacation...' We reschedule for 4 days later. Two hours before the interview, she writes ' so sorry, filled the position with a former employee...' The 'interview' process made the impression that candidates are just street meat, and may suggest something about working at Evonik should one actually join the company.
