My experience with the team at Evolve in Nature was extremely positive!
The interview process included a resume and cover letter submission, 20 minute initial phone call, 1 hour in-person interview, 1 hour mockup client session, written feedback from them and myself about the mockup session, and offer to sign a 3 year contract.
It is clear that they uphold very high standards of care and integrity in their client work and have clearly put great effort into building something meaningful and aligned with their values. I felt seen and respected throughout the process, and the conversations were rich and genuine. I truly enjoyed the process.
They initially offered me the position, but I was surprised about the 3 year contract. They had said in the interview that the ideal candidate would stay for at least 3 years; however, I was surprised to receive a 3 year contract to sign.
It caused me to hesitate, not because I am afraid of staying long term - in fact, I really thrive in long term relationships and working environments. The hesitation was mainly because I had never signed a formal contract like that before, and I did have some concern that they might want me to change my outgoing coaching approach to my client work to a more formal psychotherapeutic approach.
That said, my overall impression is still incredibly positive. I wish it could have worked out!
I believe Evolve in Nature would be a great fit for the right practitioner — especially someone who feels confident about a long term contract [which has the great benefit of job security!] and resonates with their grounded, intentional, and well-structured approach to care.
