Entretien
I applied on glassdoor, and I received a call within 2 weeks. The initial phone interview was quick and the interviewer was from HR. She seemed to be assessing my qualifications.
I received a call back the next week for an interview with their hiring manager. The interview was very straight forward and pretty casual. They focused a lot on assessing EQ qualities since I was applying for a customer facing position.
I did not hear back from them. A month went by, so I followed up, and they informed me they went with another candidate that 'had more experience'.

Entretien
Phone screen and a unprofessional and rushed onsite interview. I felt as if they were not prepared and surprised that I was there on the day we scheduled. I asked if I should reschedule but they said it wouldn’t work out if I did so.

All about salary and if I was able to work in a culture that could be innapropriate at times. The manager was looking at his laptop the whole time and he left the room a couple of times. At one point I was alone for about 15 minutes and thought about leaving.
