Long. There are test that you take on line that they feel are relevant but are not. Your answers are supposed to show if you would be a good fit but it really just confuses the process

Interviewed with the HR and never heard back. She never responded to my emails. I find it rude and unprofessional to ignore candidates who take the time to submit an application, take their assessment test and interview and yet they dont bother to just send an authomatic rejection email. Maybe it is because it is employers market again.
