Phone interview, was more like a discussion. Very relaxed.Talked about what I was looking for in a job. Learned more about the company and the position. They basically want to make sure you know what the job entails being that it is not your typical 9 - 5. After that first phone interview, waited a few weeks before the next step which gave more details about the position specifically. If you fit with what they are looking for, you get offered the position.....Don't know what's next yet.
