2 part both group interview. Basically they will hire almost anyone as I think everyone got a call back for the job. They have a high turnover rate it seems and try to get as many people in as they can.

Friendly, knowledgeable supervisor led me through the introductory slide show, gave me the basics on the operation, asked me a few questions and took me on a tour of the facility. There was a brief skills tutorial/evaluation at the end.
