Fast and direct but I sensed some kind of systemic racism in place. Getting to the final stage of the interview, and with competence aspect. All i got is "we will get back to you". Why waste people's time when you already have your preffered candidate. What make it worst, I had to contact they myself after some days to get update. Very unorganised set of people.
