1st round was a technical screen with a hiring manager. 2nd round was an loop of 4 interviews: 1 coding, 1 design, 2 behavioral. The entire process took about 3 weeks. Overall, the process was smooth. The team was really nice and seemed very excited about my experience and what I could bring to the team. I declined because they couldn't quite meet my salary requirements. Granted, I do think this startup has a lot of upside and potential, so RSO value might outweigh the lower salary at some point.
