The hiring process was very thorough. It involved multiple calls with HR and hiring managers, which made it clear that they want to make sure the job is a good fit for all.
You need to prepare for a mini programming task. Feel free to ask them questions on what is a typical day of work, how they evaluate performance, how they assign work, etc. They are quite open for that. Treat it as a discussion with your colleagues.

It was great. The interviewer was very professional. I felt very comfortable. Thet were able to answee all my questions. Overall it looks like a fantastic company. I'm looking forward to hearing back from them
