I applied online, was called for an interview in person at the US location, and was able to select from a few time options. The first (in person) interview was fairly informal, but enjoyable. The second follow up interview was with the Head of Sales out of the UK where the company is based. This (video chat interview) was a little more structured, and the questions were more scripted. In all, both parties were cordial and enjoyable to interact with.
