No formal questions but plenty of specific questions on my experience and situations that ive been in with to test my approach, my teaching style and to ensure I met their criteria. The team were very experienced and seemed to know a lot about the wider business as well as their experience managing the centre.

good, had to show lots of passion and demonstrate teaching ability through experience and examples. it was a great conversation and thoroughly enjoyed the process. it was good to meet the team and see the facilities. they had lots of world class facilities.
