I applied on their job posting site. They first sent me a test through email about building a small AngularJS app to manage users using a hard coded json file: delete, edit, search, and filter functions.
The next step was the on-site interview, then another day a personality/behavioral interview, and 3rd one with the CEO.
The process was quick except when I had the on-site interview. They said they were going to reach out to me with the final decision, but they never did. Obviously, I was not selected but they could have said so instead of disappearing.
During the 1st interview I was interviewed by 3 people at the same time, 2 of them were actual developers, only 1 was asking questions and another taking notes. They did not seem to have a structure in place and were just asking question as they came to mind, so the questions were all over the place.
The employees are young so the environment is extremely casual.
