I was recently hired by Everspring and was truly impressed by how efficiently they handled the entire process, especially during the COVID crisis. David in HR was my main contact throughout the process. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and a great communicator. Erin's support and guidance was excellent as well. A joke. There several rounds of interviews spanning many weeks with questions like “what kind of super power would you want” This is an entry level position where they just require you to be on the phones all day. When I questioned why this process was so long I was told ,”my sister was looking for a job and some places never even called her back”
