I only got to second round, more rounds would definitely follow, e.g. round with hiring manager (engineering director) and at least one more with the team of engineers.

Management round - how did you perform 1:1s, how did you foster talent, tell me how you handled poor performance of ICs
Tech round - start with BIG O notation questions, follow with a simple class that was supposed to save and iterate through a stack date type object, keep track of max values etc.

The interviewers for the technical interviews were kind and considerate about the back to back interviews I was having that day. Overall was an OK experience but did not materialize in a job offer.

It took 3 weeks, overall experience was good, Although I feel HR could be more active in providing updates. 1 HM, 2 Technical and 1 Sr. Manager round. technical rounds were focused on job role.
