Your thoughts are of great importance to Everlywell, as well as to me personally as the Recruiter for the role. I always strive to do well and improve as often as possible. In reading your comments, it's obvious that you didn't have a great experience, and for that, I do offer my sincerest apologies. It's helpful to hear your input on the way things are perceived on the other end of the phone.
