      After applying I received a Gform with some general Product Manager screen questions. Then after this I was emailed by the CPO to prepare a report to with a relevant problem for Everlywell. I presented the presentation to the CPO. This was a bit odd given the meeting was also the first time meeting/speaking with him or anyone from Everlywell. Throughout the presentation he was extremely engaged and really provided nothing but positive feedback. The meeting ended and I really enjoyed the experience. A week or so after I received a generic rejection email from a do not reply email address. I followed up the CPO for feedback but received no response. I feel at least providing some degree of feedback or at a minimal a personalized email in this circumstance is warranted.

      RUN far away from this company. There's a reason they have low ratings.. I wish I hadn't ignored their rating from consumers and employees as a red flag. Cold interviewers who want the moon for average pay, seemingly lack of culture and empathy. They want the candidate to come in knowing everything about their company and role from day 1 vs grooming talent for retention. After a few rounds I heard crickets despite several follow ups. Don't waste your time

      Recruiter screening followed by hiring manager interview and more steps beyond that, but I withdrew from the process. The job was described as a 'high priority hire,' yet the process was overly prolonged with no feedback unless I asked for updates myself. There was almost three-weeks between the recruiter screening and hiring manager session. I eventually withdrew myself from the candidate pool as the lack of communication was a red-flag for me. I've hired people myself, anyone who has given their time (phone, zoom, in-person) should be given at least some sort of follow-up even if it's 'thanks, but no thanks.'

      First interviewed separately with 6 different people and enjoyed each conversation, as they felt like a conversation and not a stale question and answer session. Then was informed I had made it to the final round which involved completing a Project Prompt. I spent a considerable amount of time and energy on this endeavor and detailed ideas for their business. I presented my slide deck to a panel of 4 people and at the conclusion was told that I would be "hearing from HR". At this point in time I had been speaking with the company for 2 months, so it was a lenghty process. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything from HR, I reached out them directly to inquire. I then received a reply that said I was no longer being considered as a candidate. You can imagine my frustration and disappointment. It is not that difficult to respond back to interviewees in a timely manner, and just mind boggling that this happens. I have landed another job with a company that was responsive and thoughtful and unfortunately Everlywell has lost me as a customer, as per this experience I will not be purchasing their products any longer. Please understand being a job candidate is stressful, exhausting and hard on the soul. Keep that in mind when engaging with applicants.

      Build a product strategy and roadmap that engages Everlywell customers in a more profound way by delivering value and being their partner as they navigate their health and wellness journey. The goal is to create product experiences customers will love and want to come back to time and time again and consider Everywell their partner in health.
