This company ghosted after I interviewed, multiple arbitrary tests and rounds. It's clear they have an odd athlete-centered mindset in approaching interviews, they don't care about your experience. Unprofessional, questions were straightforward.
They had 4 rounds of interviews, and every single one of them was scripted. They were reading off of some kind of list. They're looking to indoctrinate individuals into their company culture. And their pay is less than competitive.

The process almost feels a little too assertive and calculated and can make someone question what they are getting into. When you apply, they send an email requesting more info. At that time you send cover letter and resume. (all good.) Then they promptly email you to take assessments and tell you to do so when you won't be interrupted because some things are timed. That's fine, but they don't provide an estimate on how much time you should block out. Then you get a reminder via email (the same day) and email and text messages the following day to take the assessments.
