There was lots of great communication leading up the interview. The interview was warm and friendly and asked great questions. I feel like they cared about getting to know me.

There are many rounds, personality tests, aptitude tests, all with irrelevant questions that do not have much to do with the job description. They conduct multiple one-way video interviews that feel incredibly impersonal and the questions feel very invasive.
