It is a pyramid scheme, you are a 10-99 employee and everyone starts as a door to door salesman. It is an extremely misleading company and the interview is zoom where the interviewer has their camera off and reads from a script.

The had two interviews with pre-interview exams that were pretty straightforward - however, it was the same test twice. The interviewers seemed to be running completely off of a script which made it hard to make a true connection. The interviewers weren't able to answer any of my questions about the company either.

Entretien
I had a zoom interview. It was not with any recruiter but an admin. So basically she just talk to you about the company, and ask you questions. You give the answer. This admin does not know anything in details about the position so you cannot really ask anything about the job description.
