Ghosted after phone interview. They told me they were going to call me to set up a follow up interview then it was complete radio silence. Very unprofessional, an email would have been nice.

Screening interview Interview with manager Interview with leader above manager There was complete transparency about the process, timeline, and who I would be speaking with. The role was laid out very clearly and great questions were asked and answered. Pay band was very clearly defined and they were upfront about it. Expectations, future planning and more were explained. Overall it was a very wonderful process with great communication.
