The interview process was 3 steps, first with the recruiter, then the Program Manager and then a panel interview with the client. ECS was very responsive and I got a pretty quick response.

Phone call with recruiter. After the screener with the recruiter a time was set up for a short video interview with the program manager. Typical questions and format. Know the job description and your resume and you should have a good chance.
