The initial phone call went well but when I met them it went downhill.
I felt like I was interviewing with a Pyramid Company. So many layers of management.
Everyone seemed to have their finger in the pie. I felt a bit like a piece of meat, being dished out.

A thorough interview process that deep dives into your sales background, quota + attainment, sales cycle lengths, entrepreneurial spirit/ disposition, and thought processing. Beyond this, you will meet with various managers who will assess you for culture fit (they like hungry go-getters and people-persons who aren't afraid to pick up the phone)

Call with recruiter as a 1st step then had a video call with the manager who was hiring for the role. She then had me meet with one other manager as a final step before I received my offer!
