Went over your resume, discussed your background and how it fit well into what they were seeking. Straight forward and swift in response. Recruiter and then onsite account manager were very good at providing background.

A recruiter contacted me via email and the screening process took 2 weeks(for my personal reason) she provide me materials that help me to prepare for the interview. I did 2 technical phone screen and 1 cultural fit interview. The interviewers were super nice and each took about 45 minutes.

It was a view interview. I spoke with a rep about the job. He asked me technical questions about the software and some behavior questions about team-work and how to deal with feedback. He was very nice. The interview was also quick, which is about 30 minutes. In the end I also asked some about this position and he was very patient to answer them.

Have you provide any feedback to your coworkers? How do you like feedbacks? How do you deal with the new work method? What do you do if a coworker didn't follow the rule? Have you done anything about troubleshooting?
