I had a phone interview with an internal recruiter, an excel proficiency test, then an in person interview with the Branch management. The interview process was very laid back, but still formal.

The interview process was straight forward. The first part consisted of a 30 minute phone screening. The interviewer was transparent about the pay and wanted to make sure I was okay with it.

First interview with someone across the country - made the job sound wonderful. Second interview with local office with three people. They all seemed extremely stressed; one was late. One spoke about how he "always seems to be behind" no matter how much work he is doing. I was told I would hear back from them "either way" by the next Tuesday. Never heard anything back after two followup emails.
