Submitting online application, 1st general phone interview (15~ 20 mins) , 2nd phone interview (1hr) > Assessment Centre. Wasn't too pleased with the overall hiring process as their recruitment partner (wiser) doesn't really give an update if you are not chosen for the assessment centre, nor feedback on the application after 2nd interview. Overall it was a smooth interview process but you can barely tell what the result will be even if you think you're fully prepared.
