I applied online and was an employee referral. Within one week, I had an initial interview with HR and then had 3 separate interviews with the people on my team and with the director of the team. The entire experience from application to interviews to job offer took place in just 3 weeks. It was a very smooth and streamlined process. Kudos to the Talent team, they did a very fine job. It was one of the best job application processes I ever encountered. There was communication every step of the way and no confusion. If I had questions, please replied in a timely manner. Really happy with this company!

Fir there was a meet and greet with standard resume questions, questions and discussion about what the company does etc. Round two was a zoom interview. The hiring manager talked more than 80% of the time and didn't ask many questions, just explained what the duties of the position are and how the technology worked. Finally there was a timed writing and proofreading exercise.
