      Entretien

This was the worst interview process I've been though. I had two interviews, one with HR and one with a tech guy on separate dates. When you first arrive, you walk into the waiting area. You look to the left and you see all of the employees sitting in front of their computers on what can only be described as long lunch tables. The office is one big dreary room with a few side offices. I had a good look at all of the employees, you know, because the waiting area is part of the work area. I felt very uncomfortable sitting there with everyone looking in my direction. I have to say I've never seen so many sad and unhappy looking people in my life. The first interview with HR was pretty normal, she was just trying to find out my personality mostly. However, she did arrive late and her excuse was pretty lame, she most likely was getting back from lunch. I asked about the culture and she said they were getting together to watch a movie, it was probably Bambi or Old Yeller to cheer everyone up. The second interview lasted all of 10min, I spent more time waiting for the interview to start. To be honest, I wasn't expecting the initial interview with HR since I'm a .NET developer. The guy clearly had no intention of following through with me, it must have been his first time looking at my resume. I tried following up a week later, but was told only potential candidates would be contacted. I sent a response saying I had gone in for two interviews; expecting to be treated with some respect because of my time spent on this process... I never heard from them again. This was a complete and utter waste of my time and gas money. If this is the way they treat potential employees, I can only imagine how the current employees are treated. And by what I saw, it can't be good.
