J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Events And Adventures en déc. 2023
Entretien
I applied for the job on a Tuesday, was emailed the next day asking for an interview later that day. First interview was over Zoom. The interviewee was very relaxed (maybe too relaxed?). I asked "What did the person in the previous role due to succeed" The response was "Well apparently not enough"....
The next day I was asked to come in for an in-person interview and prepare a calendar of events - that's it. Very little details and expectations were provided. I had to ask several follow up questions about what they were looking for and was told to "not overthink it". Fine, no problem! I spent time and effort coming up with my idea of a fun and detailed event calendar in my city. The in-person interview was fine, the same interviewee again was very relaxed. At one point, they got up in the middle of me speaking to get a water, which felt odd. I felt like I did a very great job and fit the requirements and then some. They seemed flabbergasted that I wanted to give my current employer 2-4 weeks notice but even said that I could start part time to transition sooner. With all of this, I was pretty hesitant about the position, but then what really got me was completely being ghosted afterward, with no "we are going with another candidate..." Just nothing. Seemed extremely unprofessional.

It was very simple. I was asked to bring in event ideas and sat through a two hour interview which consisted of conversational questions. The very next day I was offered the job.
