First round was a 3 hour group meet and greet with part of the time including 1 minute speed dating like interview questions . Second round was a 3 hour one-on-one interview with 6 members of the team-- both managers and colleagues. Part of the interview process was in a conference room answering questions and part of it was shadowing

Why do you want to work in the Tech Industry? What apps do you use? What are 3 words that you would use to describe good customer service? What's the worst part about working in customer service? A lot of the job involves walking someone through something so teach me how to do something.
