its a show you do a little act, management team pick you on appearance , then asked how you would deal with customer issues. nothing is skill related .

if someone takes an item with out paying what would you do?
It was quite a casual interview where the manager just wanted to get to know me as my previous role was quite similar. Was interested to know about what kind of films I was interested in, what my schedule would be like. I felt very comfortable and like I was just having a chat to someone.
2 on 1 interview with manager and assistant. General questions, quick to hear back. Professional setting but also friendly and welcoming environment. Like to promote within company however they do accept external applications.
