I sent an email directly to Evenset and emailed back and forth with Hesam a few times. He then called me and asked me for an in person interview, and less than a week later I was given an offer. The interview was in three distinct stages - in the first I was asked technical questions on a whiteboard, the second about software requirements and software architecture design, and the third was personal questions about myself.
