30 minute interview after which I was told the interviewer would forward me a document to edit on Google Drive. I never received it. After a week, I followed-up and all I got was silence. Would have been professional to let me know that they went with someone else rather than go radio silence
The interviewers were friendly. They put me at ease and the questions were easy to answer, in that they were not designed to confuse or trip up the interviewee. At the end, I was allowed to ask my own questions, and those were also answered thoroughly, professionally, and in a friendly manner.

It is a 3-part interview, you had first to answer basic questions while recording yourself. For the 2nd interview, they have you analyze legal documents you must proofread, and then summarise. The medical document was over 60+ pages long and had to be summarized. I got tired here and did the best I could. The last interview was with the recruiter by Google Meet. It was supposed to be at 9:00am but they changed it to 9:30 without informing me. Interview was easy. Job Description said successful candidate will get paid 5k-7k USD monthly and will provide a work-from-home allowance but the recruiter said the Job Description is different now where they will pay you according to your local currency. Kind of a scam cause I felt misrepresented.

It is a 2 part interview, the first interview was fine, you had to answer basic questions while recording yourself but the 2nd interview they have you analyzing legal documents and you have only an hour to do it. The medical document was over 60+ pages long and had to be summarized. Just atrocious. This part of the process definitely needs to be improved. Realistically, you cannot expect someone to properly summarize and analyze medical documents within an hour and lengthy ones at that.
